Faqs

·         What type of protective equipment should I use?

The use of this petrol brushcutter requires clothing that protects the legs and face from objects that may be unexpectedly thrown during operation. It is always recommended to wear long pants and a protective visor.

·         What type of maintenance should I perform?

To ensure the proper functioning of the petrol brushcutter and to maximize its lifespan, regular cleaning (based on the frequency and intensity of use) of the battery housing and contacts, as well as the cutting head (line head and guard) is recommended - parts where a lot of dirt constantly accumulates.
Remember that it is important to consult the user and maintenance manual for details of each of these activities.

·         What type of grass and shrubs can you work on?

This petrol brushcutter is capable of handling the conditions of coarser plants, from dense shrubs with tall grass to shrubby areas, where you can also cut the most stubborn plants and shrubs using the supplied metal blade.

·         How do you adjust the line length?

This brushcutter is equipped with a head with a Tap&Go system. This means that while the machine is running, it is sufficient to press the control lever fully to bring the head to maximum rotation and simultaneously tap the head against the ground, which causes the automatic release of the line, the length of which can be easily adjusted by cutting any excess compared to the length of the cutting blade located at the end of the guard.
For further information, consult the instruction manual.

·         The line no longer comes out of the head. What could have happened?

The line not feeding can be associated with two main factors. The first, and most likely, is that the line may be completely exhausted and should therefore be replaced with a new spool. There is also the possibility that the line inside the head has accidentally tangled in its own windings, preventing the end from freely exiting the holes; in this case, it is sufficient to open the head and rewind the line correctly inside.
These causes and solutions normally cover most cases, but there may be many others, associated with the modes of use, the treated surface, and the weather conditions.
Note that consulting the user manual, in the section related to the cutting head, can provide useful indications for identifying the nature of the problem.
